Can I cancel an order?

If we haven’t yet shipped an order, you can cancel it with immediate effect for a full refund — just reach out using our contact form. However, once an item has shipped you will need to follow our returns procedure which will involve paying return postage (unless the item is faulty or not fit for purpose).
