International shipping (outside of the UK)
As of July 2026, we have updated our international shipping capabilities. We now ship via Royal Mail (in partnership with USPS) for US customers and via UPS for all other international destinations.
Prices update dynmically depending on basket weight for all international destinations.

Important International Shipping notices
We cannot ship aerosol products abroad due to their classification as hazardous products. If any aerosols are processed in an international order, we will refund them. Payment processing charges may apply to canceled orders.
We do everything we can to ship accurately, and including all necessary documentation, but we cannot take responsibility for local taxes and import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility to check prior to purchase.

Place your order as usual, and select your preferred shipping method. The shipping will be priced based on what is in your basket.

International shipping FAQ
Are there any products that can’t be shipped internationally?
Due to global postage restrictions, we will not ship any aerosols overseas. This is to protect you as much as us; the parcels will almost certainly get confiscated, and so it just isn’t worth the risk for anyone.
What can be shipped internationally?
All solid-state deodorants, lotions, EDTs, EDPS, and other products (except aerosols) should be fine to ship internationally, although we will advise on a case-by-case basis.
What if I can’t see any shipping methods in my basket?
If you are trying to place an order from one of the above countries/regions, but are unable to see any postage options, it is likely to be because you either:
- Have an item in your basket that does not have the correct weight or dimensions added yet — see below.
- Have exceeded the weight limit for international orders. For the USA in parcticular this is capped at 2KG
I can’t seem to check out with a non-aerosol product, what can I do?
Please let us know using our contact form if there is a non-aerosol product you would like to purchase that is receiving this error, and we’ll be happy to help. Some products may still require configuration to sell internationally as we continue to roll it out across our range.
How can I get the most from my international shipping?
Due to the nature of international orders, the shipping pricing is higher than our domestic (UK) orders. We are not making anything on the shipping, and the prices are direct from UPS (and Royal Mail for USA customers). They should also appear in ascending order. To get the most from your parcel, try adding more items to your basket. The postage cost will only go up when you go over the wieght limit for the current size. Doing this will allow you to minimize the shipping cost per item, and will work based on how the shipping is set up by default.
