Applying your Loyalty Points to an order

When you have accrued some points and would like to apply them to an order, simply proceed to the checkout, and click on the ‘Apply Discount’ text as shown in the image below.

Once you’ve clicked the text, a dropdown will appear where you can select the number of points you’d like to apply to the order. The maximum number available is selected by default. Click the new ‘Apply Discount’ button next to the amount of points you’d like to use to add the points to your order.

Where to see the discount once applied

Once you’ve clicked ‘Apply Discount’, you will see your points amount deducted from your total. Points can only be used against products, not postage fees.
